I've known Michael Christen for five years now. On many occasions I've had the privilege of experiencing his culinary talents. Over the past 4 years I have been priviledged and honored to be able to experience Michael's fine cuisine. I have tasted many of his casual dining menu items as well as his specialty items. His casual dining menus are more than your average cuisine as Michael gives the same effort and time to his most simple dishes as he does with his special dishes. Meaning he will give his best every time no matter what you order. I have never met anyone so passionate about his preparation and presentation and both are of the highest caliber. When you hire Michael you get the Red Carpet treatment, whether it be for a simple business luncheon or a special event ie wedding.
When he says he can prepare and impress anyone, take him seriously as there are no other chefs out there who can say this with the level of commitment he does. Quite simply, prepare to be impressed.
